The Job Comp




	Our goal is to create jobs for people irrespective of their age or qualifications.


	Times are tough for both workers and business. Most businesses cannot afford to hire people to stop the growth in unemployment. We have found a way to make jobs in local communities and place almost zero burden on local business. We call it The Job Comp! People and business competing against the economic climate.

	This project is about creating jobs quickly without the months of government arguing over policy and without the need for billions of taxpayers dollars being given to the very same banks and businesses that caused the financial crisis through their greed and mismanagement.


	Who are we?


	We are an Australian private company - Aniliety Pty Ltd - in Eagleby, Queensland. We are a family business and we are focused on creating Socially Responsible Businesses instead of businesses that focus on increasing their share value at the expense of the community.


	Why the project?


	We want to do something to help people in a lasting way. But like most people in small business we are ordinary people and not wealthy philanthropists. We thought, most people who are loosing their homes or who don’t even have a home or enough to eat would be better off with a good job than a donated bowl of food.


		So we came up with, what we believe is, a good plan to allow every small and large business to join forces and become one big and very wealthy philanthropic organization. Our project allows us and you as a business to put in a very small and affordable amount that when combined with everyone else’s small amounts becomes a powerful tool to help people in need and your own business at the same time.

	How does it work?


	We have built global business directory called FindMyBiz.com. The site is designed to help businesses get found by both local customers and also by customers in other parts of their country and the world. And to create jobs worldwide.


		The site gives a Sponsor or Gold listing business its own page to tell people about itself and its products or services. You can even add photos or images. By this you as a business get value from a tax deductible advertising expense and a web presence. A Gold listing is only $120.00 per year.

	For every 1000 Gold listings in a country we can create 1 full time job on $60000.00 (usd) per year + Super. This uses just over half of the income from your listing fees. What this means is for a country like the USA where there are over 14 million businesses is that we and local businesses can create 14000+ jobs in the US.


	Most of the balance will be spent on advertising the site so that you as a business get further value for money. A small portion will be used for quality IT servers and administration costs. This can be expected to save and/or create further indirect jobs in the advertising industry.
